Sandwich Panel roll forming machine: It is used to process color steel plate or galvanized board for making EPS sandwich panels Parameter: This machine consists of coil feeding system, guiding equipment, roll former, coil sheet cutter and corrugated sheet cutter. 1.Coil feeding system It consists of coil base, expanse device, brake device,etc. Put the color steel coil on the decoiler mandrel by crane, expanse and adjust the brake device. 2.Coil guiding equipment When the coil sheet comes to the laminating machine, the guiding system ensures the sheet to go the correct destination. 3. Roll former It consists of frame, transmission parts and 13 lines of rollers. 4. Frame Material: The main frame is welded by No.30 Channel Steel which is very strong. The rollers are made of No.45 steel with thermal refining and 0.3-0.5mm hard plating.
